Marketing and Leadership Speaker and Facilitator

Hi, I’m Paula Skaper. A rare breed of digital native, I literally grew up in business alongside this thing we call the internet and it’s been my privilege to be among those who lead the evolution of marketing from traditional to digital.

I combine solid traditional media experience that includes stints in publishing and television with extensive digital expertise. Equally comfortable discussing API’s and buyer personas, I can easily segue from dynamic email sequences through social media, video and search engine optimization, tying it all back to the only KPI that really matters – the bottom line. I’ve been accused of being a geek. And a math nerd. I’m ok with that.

I’ve run a digital marketing agency for two decades, and managed to raise two children in the process. And yes, I’m still married. I’ve learned a thing or two along the way about entrepreneurship, leadership and thriving as a woman in business.

I’m Irish by birth. (Really, I can prove it.) Yes, it means I like a Guinness now and then. It also means I love to tell stories, will take any opportunity to laugh and enjoy a witty repartee. That energy and willingness to take a risk infuses my presentations. We all learn better when we’re interested and having fun!

If you’re looking for the boring professional stuff, you’ll find it on my digital marketing agency website and in my training portal for female entrepreneurs.
